WHAT’S YOUR PHOTOGRAPHIC STYLE ?
We work using a reportage style, this particular kind of photography doesn’t require any poses but it tries to tell all those little important moments of your special day in the most natural and spontaneous way. We don’t try to steer what happens during the day; We prefer to capture emotions and hugs and all of your guests with you at their best in a natural way. We will be creative and bould enough to capture different compositons but the most important will be the truth of your day, family and friends.
WE LOVE PHOTOJOUNALISTIC PHOTOS BUT WE WANT ALSO SOME CLASSIC BEAUTIFUL PHOTOS FROM THE TWO OF US AND WITH OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY, WILL YOU DO THEM?
Yes, you can be sure that we will do them for you. We believe that these photos are very important so we will provide some classical and more creative photos directed by us. This will give your album great dinamics and a rollercoaster of emoti0ns when viewing it. We promise you elegant and romantic and/or funny photos in these moments. The style choice as to do with the way you act with each other. This requires that we talk with you and hear what you have to say about yourselfs and your guests. We will not ask you to perform weird poses, that’s for sure.
HOW CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION FOR MY WEDDING?
You can write to me at ruifscardoso@gmail.com then we can arrange an appointment at my studio or if not possible via Skype. After confirmation of our services we will give you a signed contract with all the services you booked and will require a deposit also of 25%. We work according our professional photographers assotiation indications, APPIMAGEM, from which we are member.
LOCATION AND AMAZING PHOTOS, WHAT TO DO?
It would be untrue of me to say that location isn’t important. By “location” I mean all those places that are part of your wedding day; for example if the getting ready of a bride is realized in a little dark room this would not give me the possibility to take high level pictures but, to tell the truth, nobody could do it in the same conditions. Luminous and spacious places are fundamental elements in order to have high quality pictures, for this reason it is important to retain those aspects when you’re choosing the location together with all those funny and touching events that can happen during the wedding day. We will for sure do our best to provide you clean and ellegant photos, don’t think that we are not prepared for dificulties.
WILL YOU ONLY TAKE PHOTOS AND MAKE VIDEOS ON OUR WEDDING?
No, we are here to help you and your guests to provide the best experience possible. There will be no problem if some one asks us to make some photos of their family in particular. We will save time for them. You can also count on with our video projector for your friends surprises, but please ask us before the big thay so that we can take it with us.
WHEN SHOULD US CONTACT YOU?
We strongly recommend as soon as possible because we book weddings sometimes with more than 18 months early. So if our art is perfect for you, please be so kind to book as soon as possible.
WILL YOU PHOTOGRAPH OUR WEDDING ONLY IN OPORTO?
No, we work all over the world. Travel fees outside Oporto region will be charged after agreement with you.
HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU STAY AT OUR WEDDING?
We will stay at your wedding until there’s no more stories or important moments happening. Quite near the end of the party when we think there will be no more important moments happening we will ask you if you still require our presence.
HOW DO YOUR PACKS WORK?
We decided that the best way to build a pack is your way, so we don’t propose packs. We want you to choose which services you want us to provide you. So it’s difficult to give you price for our services because each wedding as a diferent one. According to our experience the average price stands between 1500€ and 2900€. It depends on how many services are required.
DO YOU HAVE A LIST OF SERVICES?

– Photographic coverage + Album – 1 photographer + 1 wedding Album 30cmx80cm with 60 pages + 2 mini-albums 15cmx40cm replica from the main one + 1 album box + Delivery of all photographic archives (original and retouched) in high resolution. – 1500€
– Video coverage – 2 videographers + aereal footage included + Video Story Edit until 30 minutes (inludes second file with complete cerimony video) + USB Pendrive and Box – 950€
